Hello everyone, I have applied for Specialist Cadre Officers post in SBI recruitment of 2018. I want to know about the selection procedure for the same post under this recruitment. Can you help me out?

--> For Special Management Executive/ Deputy General Manager (Law) posts :- Shortlisting and Interview
--> For Deputy Manager (Law) :- Online written test and Interview.

Selection procedure followed to apply for SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment 2018:

State Bank of India has issued official notification for specialist cadre officers and there are several posts available in it. The selection process generally varies from post to post.

* Shortlisting
* Interview

>> Deputy Manager (Law)

* Interview

The SBI Specialist Cadre Recruitment 2018 selection process will be based on 2 stages: 1) Online Written Test & 2) Group discussion/Interview.
So, candidates those who qualify in online test will have to appear for the interview/group discussion.

The SBI Specialist Cadre Recruitment Selection Process will be based on 2 steps:

1. Online Written Test:- In order to qualify Written Test, you have to score equal to or above the cut-off marks (as decided by the Bank). Thereafter you will be eligible for Interview/Group Discussion.

2. Interview:- Final selection of candidates will be on overall performance in written test and interview.
