Selection procedure in ITBP Medical Officer recruitment for MBBS holder?
Hello friends, I have done MBBS and I want to apply in ITBP recruitment for the post of Medical Officer. Can I eligible to apply for this post? If yes, then please let me know about the selection procedure also.

Candidates who have applied for Medical Officers in ITBP, will have to appear for a written examination. Candidates who qualifies the examination will then have to appear for a personal interview for the final selection.

The selection of candidates for the post of ITPB Medical Officer recruitment will be done through Written Examination, Interview and Medical Examination. Final merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the written examination, interview and medical examination for final selection of candidates.
The last date to apply for ITPB Medical Officer recruitment is 1st May 2019. |

Being a degree of MBBS holder, you are definitely eligible to apply for Super Specialist Medical Officers recruitment in ITBP. You should be enrolled in any State Medical Register maintained under the Act, and have completed compulsory rotatory internship along with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related Speciality mentioned in Section 'A' or Section 'B' in Scheduled I to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) or equivalent, and Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or Magister Chirurguie (M.Ch.) or equivalent with three years experience in the concerned Super-Speciality after obtaining the first post-graduate degree in order to be eligible to apply.
Selection of candidates will be done through Interview conducted by a board of officers. In interview, general knowledge and ability of candidates in the field of their academic study will be tested, which will be comprises of 200 marks. |
