Hi everyone, I am interested in joining the ESIC for the post of Upper Division Clerk. I would like to know about the procedure of selection for this particular post in this organization. Kindly tell me about the selection procedure asap.

Selection Procedure of ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) Upper Division Clerk recruitment 2021 will be based on 75% by direct recruitment by written examination, 15% by promotion on the basis of seniority cum fitness and 10% by Limited Departmental Competitive Examination.

Selection procedure for Upper Division Clerks in ESIC

The selection of the eligible candidates for the post of UDC will be done through the following parameters-

75% by direct recruitment by written examination

15% by promotion on the basis of seniority cum fitness

The selection procedure for Upper Division Clerk in ESIC will be on the basis of Preliminary and Mains written test followed by Computer skill test. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university with a working knowledge of computer including use of Office Suites and Databases.
