Candidates are selected for the WBSEDCL Junior Executive (Finance) recruitment through Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview.

The Written Test covers – General Knowledge / Currant Affairs, Reasoning, General English and Arithmetic apart from tests of knowledge in the respective domain subjects

The Computer Proficiency Test covers – MS Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
