Is there any age relaxation for Upper Primary Teacher jobs in West Bengal?
I am a HT teacher in a Government sponsored primary school in W.B. I have done B.A Hons(Eng.) with 55%, D.ED, CTET (I & II) cleared. I have experience more than 11 years. I want to know if there is any age relaxation for applying for upper-primary level?

Candidates who are interested to apply for the Upper Primary Teacher posts in West Bengal should fulfill the following eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY : * Candidate should be citizen of India. * Candidate's age should be in the range of 18-40 years. * Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ ST candidates is applicable. * Candidate should have completed his/ her bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or 2 year Diploma in Education (D.Ed) or equivalent from any recognized university. |
