-You should clear with your technical knowledge for written test. (Work on your subjects and be practical for technical expertise).

-There will be interview for that good communication is required. Improve your communication skills to present himself in front of employer.

-Experience in civil engineering would be good. (Practical work).

-Good analytical and problem solving approach for civil works.
