What exam to answer for Railway Job while in B.Tech 3rd year mechanical 2021? If not 3rd year then after 4th year what would it be?

Civil services and Engineering services exam are the two exams which recruit thousands applicants for railway jobs.
There are total numbers of vacancies are 1,03,769. |

The recruitments of the railways are handled by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs).
Recruitment to Group A and B posts in Indian Railways are done through Civil Services and Engineering Services Exam (ESE). |

If you want to get jobs in railways. So you can apply for the Engineering Service examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission(UPSC).
