Hi everyone, I just want to know about the admission criteria for studying BA(Journalism and Mass Communication) in Bennett University? Kindly let me know about the admission criteria because I am interested to study this course in this university. Thank you!

Admission criteria are as follows;

You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline with minimum aggregate marks of 40% from a recognized institute.

You must have passed 10+2 examination in 2018 or 2019.

You must have qualified university language proficiency entrance test (English or Hindi) based on program opted.

Eligibility criteria as per their website to take admission for this course:

>Must pass 12th or equivalent examination (from any recognized board) with minimum 40% aggregate marks in five specified subjects.
>12th must be passed in 2018/ 2019
>Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st October,1999 are only eligible to apply for admission.

Admission Criteria for a course in BA in Journalism and Mass communication :

>> You should have completed 10+2 with minimum 40% of marks from the recognized board.

>> Must be a passed of 2018 or 2019 in 10+2.

>> Only the candidates whose date of birth falls on or before 01st October 1999 are eligible to apply for the above said course.

Admission will be based on the test conducted on Entrance test to check the proficiency in English Language.

Scholarships and Education loans will also given for the merit candidates.

=> B.A. Journalism & Mass Communication or Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication is an undergraduate Mass Communication course.

=> For the admission of Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication course, the candidate should have passed 12th class in any stream from a recognized board.

=> The minimum percentage required in the 12th class to get admission in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication is 50%.

=> The admission of the candidate will be done on the basis of merit list displayed by the Bennett University.

Admission in the B.A Journalism and Mass Communication course is conducted on the basis of performance in the entrance test conducted by the university.

The eligibility to appear for the entrance test is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board. The minimum required aggregate is 40% in board examination.

Candidate must have passed 12th in 2018 or 2019 for the admission in academic year in 2019-2020.
