Admission procedure to study BA(Journalism) in WMO Arts & Science College?
Respected Sir/Madam, I want to join WMO Arts & Science College for studying BA in Journalism. I want to know about the procedure of getting admission in this college for this course. Can somebody tell me about the admission procedure?

WMO Arts & Science College is affiliated by University of Calicut. Calicut University provides admission to eligible students through Centralized Admission Process (CAP). This process has been acquired by university. Under university scheme separate seat allocation has been performed for students belong to Kashmir, Lakshadweep. Students can apply online for various colleges & courses under CAP. 50% seats through CAP merit have been reserved to grant admission in Self Financing Colleges only.

WMO Arts & Science College is affiliated through Calicut University.
Admission to this courses will be through*Common Entrance Test*following by merit list. All seats available in*University of Calicut*have been filled strictly on merit basis whether it is for Government, Aided, Un-Aided (Self – Financing) colleges. Procedure of indexing of Merit list: Marks obtained in 10+2 will be considered for merit list preparation. Deciding factors of merit list is mentioned below: If a student has scored more marks in 10+2 then he/she can easily satisfied the criteria of minimum marks required. Extra marks scored by him will work as bonus points for him/her. 15 marks will have been added in the total marks in case of children & widows of Ex-serviceman & Jawans. 15 marks will be awarded to those students who have been working in Illiteracy Education Programmes on volunteer basis from at least one year. 15 marks will be awarded to NCC & NSS cadets on priority basis, for e.g. priority will be given to A,B,C certificate holders. 10 point bonus will be given to forst rank holder in Kerala state Higher secondary or Vocational Higher Secondary Art Festivals. To apply for admission in WMO Arts & Science College, for BA Journalism course, you can visit the official website at http://wmocollege.ac.in/ and register yourself. Then you have to open the link of the application form and select the course. Now you have to fill up the form correctly and attach the required documents. You have to pay the fees and submit the application form.
