It will be difficult to get admission in a government college based on 23000 rank in EAMCET. Hence, chances of admission is quite low in any stream at any government college.

Only in case of SC/ST category, there is any chance of admission. Otherwise, only a private college is possible.

After securing 23000 rank in EAMCET examination, to get admission in B.Tech course, you need to participate in EAMCET counselling process. Based on your EAMCET examination rank and category and selection of the branch, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college for pursuing B.Tech course. What branch you can get in Government B.Tech colleges can be known only once, the EAMCET examination counselling process is completed.
