Can I get B.Tech or B.E in any college after scoring 23000 AIR and MHT CET state rank of 1600?


i hav got all india rank - 23000, and maharastra rank(state)-1600..
Can i get btech or b.e.in any college !!!!
Better if i get in any college inside maharastra or chennai!!!!

The AIR rank is little bit large but based on local rank you can surely get in to a good college in Maharashtra.
