Hi Sir/Madam, I am interested to join IIT Roorkee for studying BTech course in the specialization of Metallurgical Engineering. So, I would like to know about the placement facility available in this institute for such BTech students. Kindly let me know about the campus placement facility asap.

Yes, campus placement facility is available for BTech(Metallurgical Engineering) students in IIT Roorkee.

Placements are very good here . Many good companies visit campus every year.

Some companies like Uber , Goldman, Sachs , Shlumberger, Amazon ,Microsoft visited last year and recruited students on the average package of 7 Lakh.
