No, you cannot change BCom Hons to Bcom general.

If you want to go for BCom general then you will take admission in BCom pass course.

Your age should be above 17 years.

And even if you want to , you have to get yourself terminated from Honours exam.

Either you have to repeat your 1st year with Hons or opt for general subjects.
