I'm in 3rd year bpt but I want to do MBBS is I'm allowed to do MBBS after completing my bpt.

So, if you hold the above mentioned qualification, then you can pursue MBBS degree course irrespective of your highest educational qualification or additional qualification.

it does not matter that you are pursuing BPT, because the eligibility criteria for MBBS is that you should have more than 50% in your 12th with PCB for applying for MBBS entrance and if you qualify in that entrance then only you are eligible for the next stage of MBBS.

Your age should be more than 17 years. These are the criteria that you have to fulfil in order to opt for MBBS.

Admission to MBBS course is done on the basis of class 12th standard but not on the basis of any other degree course or qualification hence, if you want to pursue MBBS course then, you will have to appear in the NEET examination.
If you do so, then your BPT degree will go in vain.
Personally, I would not like to suggest you to pursue MBBS after BPT.
Rather, pursue higher degree courses to make your future bright.
