No, I am sorry to say that there is no certainty of your getting admission into B.F.Tech course as you haven't scored quite well even being an OBC candidate you do need to score well because the competition level is quite high. So, don't be too ambitious about your admission but do keep hope as you even might get admission if the level of competition is not quite tough.
