Hi friends, I want to take admission in 2nd year of BCom in Delhi. I have completed the 1st year from Lovely Professional University. Kindly tell me that can I get admission or not for this course in 2nd year in any college of Delhi?

No, there is no such process of transfer of your degree from one university to another. You need to take the first-year admission to change the university. Most of the universities give admission on merit and you can't get direct admission in 2nd year because there are limited seats.

You can only get admission on merit in any reputed college. For other colleges, you need to contact the college head directly to get the information about such transfers.
