SIR, I was complete my Muallim-e-Urdu in 1997-1998 with 55%, and I am also Graduate. And two year diploma in UTC (Urdu Teaching Course)
My question is that can i participate in examination of UPTET?

For UPTET you need to have B.Ed degree or any other equivalent qualification. Those who don't have such qualification, are not eligible to apply for such exam.

Just make sure you have the above qualification along with a degree in given subject for which you are applying.
