Can I study 3 years LLB course after completing BCom if secured 49.33% in 12th?
I have scored 49.33% in 12th and 86.66% in 10th. Due to the low score in 12th I have not been able to qualify for the 5 year BA+LLB course. I am now planning to do my BCom course, then do a 3 years LLB course. Will I be eligible for the course if I pass BCom with flying colors and still have the low 12th score?

Yes, if you can complete BCom degree with minimum 50% marks then surely you will be eligible for various law entrance exams, but admission will be in on the basis of performance in the entrance exam conducted by the concerned university.
Just make sure you study well for your BCom and also prepare for law entrance exams like CLAT so that you can get admission at your choice of college. |
