I am thasliya from changharamkkulam. Now i am studying in tirur pivate mahathma off campos college. Can i transfer from peivate college to goverment college? Please give me a clear answer

If both colleges are from same university, then you won't have much problem as university provide this type of transfer. If they both colleges are in different universities, then you have some work to do.

Yes you can. But in some cases you need to clear entrance exam of that College. And also you need to check availability of your desired subject.
