Hi everyone, I have done with my Bachelor of Social Work course. Can I now do BEd now? Actually, I am interested in doing this BEd course. So, I would like to know whether I am eligible or not? Please help me to know about the eligibility criteria asap. Thank you!

=> As per my knowledge, you are eligible to get admission in B.Ed course after completing Bachelor of Social Work course.

=> In order to get admission in B.Ed course, the candidate should have passed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

=> Also, you have to score at least 50% marks in graduation course for the admission of B.Ed course.

Eligibility to study B.Ed for bachelor of social work graduate:-

Candidate must have hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised University.

Candidate should have secured minimum of 50% marks in graduation or post graduation and relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories.

The full form of B.Ed is Bachelor of Education course.

Eligibility criteria for B.Ed course:

1. You must have done bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.

2. Minimum of 50% marks in bachelor's degree is required.

You can apply for B.Ed course if you have 50% marks or more in Bachelor of Social Work graduate.

Eligibility to pursue B.Ed are as follows:-
Candidate must have completed their graduation from a recognized university.
Candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate in graduation.
Candidate must have to clear entrance examination to get admission.

Eligibility to appear in CTET for B.Ed 3rd semester student:-

No, pursuing B.Ed candidate are not eligible for CTET exam.

As to appear for examination minimum required qualification is candidate must have passed B.Ed course from any recognised University.

So, you will be eligible to appear for examination after completing your course.

CTET examination is conducted twice every year.

Any graduate with 50% marks can apply for B.Ed entrance exam. Just make sure you have completed the degree from a UGC recognized university. Just make sure you opt for a subject according to your degree.

B.Ed subjects are available and you need to choose which subject you will be able to teach to school children. Once you have chosen the subject, there is no issue with admission.
