Re: How to become a Lecturer in B.Ed. college at 40 years age?
With B.Ed qualification you are not eligible to become a Lecturer in B.Ed colleges. You need to complete Master of Education (M.Ed) in order become a Lecturer in B.Ed colleges. Apart from the educational qualification it is mandatory the candidate must have work experience in Teaching field. Please complete M.Ed to be eligible for Lecturer post in B.Ed college level.
