As you have passed your 12 standard with physics, chemistry and biology you will not be able to study engineering if you would have selected maths along with biology than that would be good and you would have an option to select the following
In engineering stream maths cannot be an optional subject

Yes. A few particular engineering tasks can now be completed by PCB students. Students can pursue engineering without learning math or physics, as these disciplines are no longer necessary, according to the "New Education Policy 2020."

PCB students can do selective type of engineering such as
B.tech in biotechnology
Genetic engineering
Computer engineering
Biomedical engineering
Bioinformatics etc

Maths is a mandatory subject for getting admission in any IIT or NIT .
One can appear for JEE Mains but no college will give you admission in engineering.
Thus its advisable to go for Bio stream courses.

You can pursue any technical regular course if you have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2. However, you can also apply for single subject i.e mathematics and can give the examination. Once done, you can apply for any technical examination or course where mathematics is required.
