Sir, I was studied diploma in civil engineer (2 years) in between 2005-2007 year. I get a certificate in IASE deemed university, Gandhi Vidya Mandir, Sardarshahr, Rajasthan through Institute of Engineering studies, Hyderabad. I was working in Panchayat raj dept., as a Technical works inspector. After I get a promotion as Assistant Engineer, with this diploma certificate. But now these certificates are fake. You are not eligible for promotion and re-back to your service. Is it recognized by AICTE and UGC. Please give me reply soon Sir. Thank you. My email ID: [email protected].

No, IASE deemed university is not at all a fake university. The university is well recognized by :

> UGC

> AICTE

> DEC

So, there is no way of calling it a fake university. The degrees received from here are also approved and valid for all types of jobs.

IASE deemed university is UGC recognized, but technical degrees can't be offered in distance mode. Only regular technical degrees are approved by AICTE because it includes various practical classes, which are not possible in distance mode.

Hence, if you have got any distance mode engineering diploma or degree, then surely it will not have any value.

IASE deemed university is not fake university, the university is well recognized by UGC (University Grant Commission) and DEC (Distance Education Council). But let me inform you that B.Tech degree course provided through correspondence are not approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) which is very necessary for validation of technical degree.

The above mentioned University is recognized under UGC and DEC, so, it is not a fake University. But the University is yet not recognized by AICTE.
So, pursuing any technical degree from the above mentioned University will not be valuable as Technical degrees must be recognized by AICTE.

Any university doesn't need AICTE approval to offer any degree. Check IASE University website and AICTE website. All degrees of IASE are valid. But any B.Tech after 2005 thru distance is not valid. In that case ask IASE University to re-issue certificate from Rajasthan. Any degree will be automatically valid.

IASE deemed University is recognised by UGC University Grants Commission.
