You have not mentioned for which entrance exam you have appeared.

If you want to do MBBS without appearing for any entrance exam, then you can take admission in any college providing MBBS degree.
For that you will required minimum of 65% marks in 12th class from any recognised Board.

As AIPMT is the most common exam among students I am providing the details for the same.
The minimum marks required in AIPMT for MBBS course varies every year depending on number of seats and toughness of the exam.

Approximate AIPMT rank for different colleges to study MBBS :

Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi : 50
Vardhman Mahavir Medical College (VMMC) - Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi : 225
University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) Delhi : 80
Medical College, Kolkata : 3050
Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi : 362

I have got 196.75 cut off in 12th studying in chennai and i m a forward caste .will i get government seat in mbbs
