Respected Sir/Madam, after completing my 12th, I want to go for Medical field. However, I have a great confusion because I don't know which one I should choose between MBBS and BDS. Kindly tell me which one has more job opportunities in India.

MBBS graduation has better scope and has better career growth than a BDS graduation. Most of the students have MBBS as their first choice and then go for BDS, when they don't get their preferred choice.

India is the most populous country and there will always be demand for MBBS doctors and if you can get such degree, then you have a good chance of making a good career out of it. BDS doesn't have that much scope in Rural India and it has better scope only in big cities.

Both MBBS and BDS have great jobs opportunity in India. As per my suggestion, you should go for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Course. The duration of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Course is five and a half year.
