Possibility to appear in UPSEE for a candidate who hasn't appeared in the Board exam?
Sir, I am a 12th UP Board student but due to some bad circumstances I haven't appeared in the Board exam. But I have applied for the UPSEE. So, I can appear in the State Engineering entrance exam if I was unable to appear for the Board exam? Is it possible?

No, it is not fruitful for you to appear in UPSEE even though you have applied for the same examination as you will not be able to seek admission through the same examination even if you clear the test with top ranks as to be admitted to a degree course a candidate is required to hold some standard/basic educational qualification which you will be lacking as you have not appeared in your Class 12th board examination.
But, if you are interested to appear in the same examination, then you can appear in the same as you have applied for the same examination and therefore a Hall Ticket for appearing in the same examination will be definitely issued against your name (provided the application has been made properly). |
