You just need a Graduation degree from a recognized University as there is no percentage criteria mentioned for this exam in the notification release by UPSC. Therefore, don't worry about your Degree percentage as only a Degree with pass marks in sufficient to make you eligible for the exam.

The age limit for IPS exam is 21 to 30 years. There is relaxation in age available for candidates who belong to reserved category. The selection is purely on merit and you have to clear Written exam and interview with excellent marks.

There is no minimum percentage required to be eligible for IPS (Indian Police Services) Examination. The basic educational qualification required is "Graduation" Or "Bachelor Degree" from a recognized university. Since there is no prescribed percentage is required, candidates who have PASSED their Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute/ university are certainly eligible to apply for CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) Examination.

Educational Qualification:

<> Degree of a Recognized University or Equivalent

<> Candidates appearing in the requisite Degree Qualification are also eligible for appearing in the examination. However, they are supposed to submit proof of Passing the requisite qualification along with Detailed Application Form for Civil Services (Main) Examination.
