I am a mca final year student doing my internship at tcs..what are the chances of getting absorbed at tcs after internship if given that you don't fit in their eligibility criteria

If you do not fit in the eligibility criteria of any company you can get employment for that particular job position. However, you can go for other job positions where you perfectly match the eligibility criteria.

Doing internship in a company does not entitle you job in that company especially company like TCS. But yes, if you perform extraordinarily then you may have chances of job offer but that will be after further testing your skills. But the internship experience can be very valuable in getting job not only in TCS but also in other companies as well.
