I got my reporting mail and my appointment letter day before yesterday. The training location stated in it was hyderabad. I just want to know that only the training session of three months will be there or i have to stay there for the all four years? Then i just want to know that i will have to sign a bond on the reporting day itself or only after the training?

Yes, you need to sign a bond on the joining day of your training programme if there is any such norm in the concerned company. Most of the companies invest a huge amount in the training of the candidates. As a result they sign a bond with the candidates before the commencement of training that on successful completion of training they have to serve the company for a particular period of time, otherwise the candidate has to pay a certain amount as a penalty.
