Training is very necessary for enhancing practical knowledge. During your first year of master's you have to send your application to the manager of the bank in which you are aspiring for the training. If you satisfy all eligibility criteria specified by that bank then they will call you in the month of May. From the decided date you can start your 6 week training in bank.
