For your kind information i want to tell you that most of the MNCs offers summer internship to only third year and final year candidates.

The reason behind this is that being a second year student one has little knowledge in the core field.

So my suggestion to you is that you should wait for one more year an then after you can apply for the summer internship in the MNCs like IBM, Google, ITC etc.
