Respected Sir/Madam, I came to know that ECI Telecom India Pvt Ltd Mumbai is hiring for the post of a Technical Support Intern. I am interested in applying for this particular post in this company. Following up.with clients to ensure the problem is resolved

Roles and responsibilities of a Technical Support Intern in ECI Telecom India Pvt Ltd Mumbai:-

• You need to ensure all support coming in on e-mails, phones and conversations is logged in the Eseevices.

• Visiting customer premises for Installation, Commissioning of ECI product.

• Perform Lab simulation as per guidelines from team leader.

Roles and responsibilities of a Technical Support Intern in ECI Telecom India Pvt Ltd Mumbai include - This role is a largely customer-facing technical support.
This role demands you to work in shifts and sometimes in flexible timings as per customer requirements.
You may have to travel abroad ( for short duration) to customer premises for onsite implementation of ECI products .
