==> This role is largely customer-facing technical support.

Fulfill task set out by supervisor

Maintaining software systems including software and hardware etc
Resolving internet and network access issues..
Determining causes of network malfunction
Providing network computer support
Installing and configuring hardware and software
Trouble shooting technical.issues
Providing timely customer feedback..etc
