Hi everyone, can anyone of you let me know about the selection criteria in Affiliated Recruiters, Coimbatore for Software Development Internship program? I want to apply for such Internship in this company so I want to know about the selection criteria.

Candidates will be selected for Software Development Internship in Affiliated Recruiters, Coimbatore on the basis of following requirements;

Applicants should have an analytical mindset.

Applicants must have good fundamental programming skills.

Applicants must have knowledge of Java/JavaScript/C++.

Applicants must have the willingness to learn new technologies and work long term with the company.

Applicants should be perform well in face to face interview.

>> Candidates with skills in Java and JavaScript

>> Candidates should have analytical mindset

>> Candidates must have good fundamental programming skills

>> Candidates should have fast learning ability

>> Candidates willing to learn new technologies

>> Candidates who are willing to work full time for the duration of 6 months

Selection Criteria:-

There is 4 rounds interview :-

1)Online Technical Test

2)Online Aptitude Test

3)Technical Interview

4)Manager/HR Interview
