My daughter has completed her 4year BDS FROM A private dental college in Lucknow.She wants to do internship from a government hospital. Is it possible . If yes then provide the guidelines.

Every college/hospital has different selection process.
It varies depending upon whether it's contractual or permanent.

If contractual, the selection , the selection is based fully on BDS marks, with others adding 10th and 12th marks.
Sometimes a small entrance exam along with interview may be conducted.
Most reputed hospitals go for

What is the criteria for doing internship from a government hospital by a student who has completed BDS from a private college?

The students must complete the 12th /higher secondary final examination in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. To appear for the entrance examination student must secure minimum 50% marks in the 12th final year.

In case the applicant has post-graduation degree, he/she will be allowed to join a scheme that lasts over a span of one to three months. In case the applicants have received their final result of PG degree, they will be able to take part in internship programs, which last for six months.
