Admission procedure to study PhD(Linguistics) in Osmania University?
Hi Sir, I am interested to apply for PhD in Linguistics program in Osmania University. I just want to know about the procedure for getting admission in this institute for this PhD program. Please let me know immediately. Thank you!

The admission to PhD course in Osmania University is done based on the entrance exam known as "PhD Eligibility Test". However the entrance exam is exempted to candidates who cleared UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, SET-NET, JEST, GATE, GPAT examinations. The students who hold M.Phil. degree from Osmania University in regular mode are also exempted from the entrance exam.The qualified students are required to attend PhD admission interview.
