I am happy to say you that definitely you are eligible to do Ph.D after the completion of M.Sc long ago, there is no problem in it.
To pursue Ph.D course, you should first qualify in the UGC NET examination.
The eligibility criteria required to appear in the UGC NET examination is that a candidate must have completed Master's Degree course from a recognised University with 55% of marks.
There is no age criteria for NET examination.
Since you have the qualification, you are eligible to apply for Ph.D course.
