You have completed M.Sc degree in Microbiology so you are not eligible for UGC NET exam in Environmental Science.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

For more details about NET exam click on the official link http://www.ugc.ac.in

For UGC-NET in environmental science , a candidate needs to have at-least one of the below mentioned subjects in his/her PG,
1. botany
2. zoology
3. chemistry
4. environmental sciences.

You can rather opt to attempt CSIR - NET in the life-sciences category, if none of the above mentioned subjects was in your PG.
