Can I become a Lecturer/Professor after 10 Years of Industry experience?


Hi,

I am working in Telecom Industry since last 10 years.

Now i want to become a lecturer/professor in an Engg. College.

Am i eligible for lecturer/professor??

What i need to do if i want to pursue the same?
