Can I get a stipend to study PhD(Biological Sciences) in Charotar University of Science and Technology?

Dear Sir, I want to study PhD program in the field of Biological Sciences. I want to do this PhD program from Charotar University of Science and Technology. So, I would like to know that I can get stipend or not for this PhD program in this university? Please help me to know about this.

If you have a valid CSIR NET score card then you are eligible for stipend during the PhD course otherwise not or if you are a gold medalist in masters degree from a recognized University then you are eligible for stipend during PhD course.
