Yes, Doctorate of Pharmacy student can open a Pharmacy Shop.

You have completed Higher degree than Diploma in Pharmacy that's why you are totally eligible to open pharmacy shop.

You have to register with the state pharmacy council as a pharmacist.

Once you complete registration with the state pharmacy council than as a pharmacist you can then start a medical store.

✓ Yes, you definitely get a practising licence for pharmacy right after the completion of your Pharmd degree. Pharmd degree allows you to open a pharmacy shop, be a part of clinical research, do new formulations and also be the part of a Pharmacovigilamce centre.
