I am completed my Post graduation in FOOD TECHNOLOGY. I have score 80.25% in my P.G so i am eligible for NET, JRF and other exam related to this field such as CSIR, ICMR, ICAR. please give me reply. My Graduation subject was Biotechnology and i scored 78.65% in that. Please tell me about this query???

Yes, you can surely apply for CSIR NET, if you have completed Post Graduation in Food Technology from a recognized University.

The minimum qualification for CSIR NET is a Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized University. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.

You have studied Food Technology, therefore, you have to opt for Life Sciences subject in CSIR NET. There is no other option for you and you must be prepared according to the Life Sciences syllabus.
