Hi, I want to join Central University of Karnataka for studying for a PhD program in the specialization of Psychology. Can any of you tell me about the eligibility criteria for getting admission in this university for this PhD program?

Eligibility to get PhD(Psychology) admission in Central University of Karnataka is as follows.

Applicant must have secured minimum 50% in master degree or equivalent to get admission.

Applicant will be selected through entrance exam conducted by university followed by interview.

Central University of Karnatak conduct enterance test every year for admission. Selection of candiddates is based on :
-> Performance in Enterance Test
-> PI(Personal Interaction)

The eligibility criteria to get admission in Phd Psychology:-

* The candidate should have completed M.Phil course work or Post graduation in the relevant field (Psychology) with at least 55% (50% for reserved category) from any recognized university or institute and should score minimum 50% (45% for reserved category) in CUCET(Central Universities Common Enterance Test).

* The candidates who have satisfied the above criteria will appear for PI process.

Eligibility to study PhD(Psychology) in Central University of Karnataka:-

Candidates who have completed masters degree in Psychology from a recognized University are eligible for Ph.D course in Ayurveda. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

You must have a valid UGC NET score card to get admission in Ph.D course

Eligibility to get PhD (Psychology) admission in Central University of Karnataka are as mentioned below:-

Candidate must have completed their Master's Degree in Psychology from a recognised University.

Candidate must have scored at least 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates) aggregate in their Master's degree.

Candidate must have cleared UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ University PhD Entrance Test to get admission in Central University of Karnataka.

There is no age restriction to pursue this course.
