After completion of MCA course, you can do Ph.D from UK or US but you should qualify in GRE and TOEFL exam.

Yes, MCA students are eligible for Ph.D. For that a candidate must have at least 55% marks in MCA degree from a recognized University. The candidate can apply for Ph.D on the basis of MCA degree. To do Ph.D from UK or US, you have to qualify in GRE and TOEFL entrance examination.
