Eligibility to pursue PhD(Commerce) in Mangalore University?


Hello, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for studying PhD(Commerce) which is available in Mangalore University. I am looking forward to doing this PhD in this university. Can anyone of you let me know about the eligibility criteria?

Eligibility to pursue PhD(Commerce) in Mangalore University:-

Master's degree or a professional degree in relevant / allied / concern subjects and declared equivalent to the master's degree why corresponding statutory regulatory body.

Candidates who have cleared the M.Phil course work with at least 55% (50% marks for SC / ST) in aggregate or its equivalent grade b in the UGC 7 point scale.

Master's degree or a professional degree in relevant/ allied / concerned subjects declared equivalent to the master degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body.

At least 55% in aggregate or equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale secured in the qualifying examination.

Relaxation of 5% of marks, will be allowed for the belonging to SC / ST / Cat -1 / differently abled

Candidates who have cleared the MPhil course work with at least 55% marks( 50% marks for SC / ST) in aggregate or its equivlent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale.

Appearing candidates appearing candidates can also apply for admission.
