Duration of PhD Agriculture Biotechnology is minimum 3 years.

Mode:-

Full Time.

The eligibility to study PhD in Agriculture Biotechnology at Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University is a candidate must have passed a Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 50% marks or OGPA 3.25/4.00 or 7.50/10.00 from a recognized university. There is no specific age limit to apply for this course. The admission selection is done on the basis of performance in the entrance test followed by an interview which is conducted by the university.

Duration of this course is 3 years.

UGC-NET is the entrance exam.

1. You should have completed a masters' degree from any recognized university.

2. You should have scored 55% or above in post graduation course.

3. There is no age bar to pursue this course.

4. Admission is based on the admission test that is conducted by the university.

In order to be eligible for a PhD Agriculture course, a candidate will have to complete his/her Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 55% marks. Every college designs its own eligibility criteria. The admission is either on the basis of the marks acquired by a student in the entrance test or on the basis of their performance in the master degree course.

Eligibility to study PhD(Agriculture Biotechnology) in Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University?

1. The required minimum qualification for admission to a Ph.D Program shall normally be a two years Master’s OR M.Phil Degree from any accredited Indian or Foreign University in the relevant field.

2. Applicants who have successfully completed their first year degree course (Undergraduate course) by 04/June/1986, irrespective of the duration, shall be treated at par with those who have completed a three year first degree course.
