Hello everyone, I want to apply for a PhD in Chemical Sciences course in Jawaharlal Nehru University. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this college for this PhD program. Please let me know about the eligibility criteria asap. Thank you!

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There are no age criteria.

You must have a valid GATE or CSIR NET or UGC NET score card.

Eligibility to study PhD (Chemical Sciences) in Jawaharlal Nehru University are as follows:-
Candidate must have passed Master’s degree in Science stream or equivalent from a recognized university.
Candidate must have scored at least 55% aggregate in Master’s degree.
Candidate must have to appear for Entrance examination.
There is no age limit required to pursue this course.
