You can check the eligibility to study PhD Commerce here-

The candidate should have done Master's or M. Phil degree from a recognised University with at least 55% marks and relaxation of 5% is given to reserved category students.

UGC/CSIR(JRF) exam qualified candidates and NET/SLET/GATE/ teacher Fellowship holders are exempted from giving entrance test but they will have to appear for interview conducted by the university.

The candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade B in the UGC 7 point scale in their M. Phil will also be exempted from appearing in the entrance test.

Eligibility to study PhD( Commerce) in Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya:-

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in commerce with 55% marks from a recognised University are eligible to apply for PhD course in Commerce in Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya.

For SC / ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree UGC NET score card is essential to get admission in PhD course .

There is no age criteria.
