Eligibility to study PhD(English) in Venkateshwara Open University?
Respected Sir, I am interested to study PhD(English) from Venkateshwara Open University. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying and studying this PhD course. Please tell me about the eligibility criteria asap.

The eligibility to study PhD in English at Venkateshwara Open University is a candidate must have passed Post Graduation in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate for general category and for SC/ST category it is 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission selection will be on the basis of written test which is conducted by the university followed by an interview. There is no age bar to study this course.

Eligibility to study PhD(English) in Venkateshwra Open University:
Post Graduation with minimum 55% marks in English. Selection Criteria : Written Test and Interview. The Written Test conducted by the University is Objective Type in nature. *CSIR/UGC-NET/JRF/SLET/ICAR/GATE qualified Candidates are exempted from Written Test. *5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates. |
