Hi everyone, I am a student of MPhil. After completing my MPhil, I want to do PhD in Gujarati. Can I know my eligibility to do PhD(Gujarati) in Mumbai University? Kindly let me know as soon as possible.

Eligibility to study PhD Gujarati-

Admission requirements- The minimum requirement for entry to an Indian PhD is a masters degree in relevant subject usually with an overall grade of at least 55% marks.

Eligibility to study PhD (Gujarati) in the University of Mumbai is a pass in Master’s Degree in Gujarati with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university or candidates who have cleared course work of MPhil with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade (for reserved category students 50% marks or equivalent grade).
